These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vannex's website and AI voice receptionist services ("Services"), provided by Vannex ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Vannex provides AI voice receptionist services that answer inbound business calls, capture leads, book appointments, and deliver call summaries and notifications to businesses via SMS, email, or integrated tools.

Subscription and Billing

  • Vannex is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly according to the plan tier you select.

  • Recurring payments will continue unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize Vannex to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.

  • There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made after cancellation.

  • There are no per-minute overage charges within your plan's included minutes and no setup fees, as described on our pricing page. Plans that exceed their included minutes may require an upgrade to a higher tier.

SMS Notifications

If you opt in to receive SMS notifications from Vannex, message frequency will vary based on your call volume. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us directly.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Vannex's Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

  • Send unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent communications through your AI voice agent

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services

Service Availability

While we design Vannex to provide reliable 24/7 call coverage, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, or circumstances outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Vannex's Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vannex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including missed calls, lost leads, or business interruption, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update our Services or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Vannex after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms.
